On January 15th 2026, talented students from all over the region met again at Christoph-Graupner-Gymnasium in Kirchberg to show all that they have learned in English. Over 100 fourth grade students from 56 elementary schools traveled to Kirchberg, supported by their teachers or family members, to try and solve the difficult tasks. Next to language skills, the students also needed to show their knowledge about English speaking countries.
Our school send out Hannah (class 4c) and Olivia (class 4b) who both performed very successfully. The girls reached 58 from 60 possible points and an incredible 4th place. After the competition, all students had a chance to visit a workshop in chemistry, music, math and several other options and get to know the school with a fun school house rally.
We are proud of our girls for representing us so well and cannot wait to visit Kirchberg again next year!
