15th Christmas market

Every year again...

... here comes the Christmas market... Now this special time of year begins again and, as has been our tradition for 15 years, our Christmas market took place on the Friday before the 1st Advent. The International Primary School Glauchau opens its doors to welcome friends and family, familiar and unfamiliar faces. 

In the schoolyard, our guests were able to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere with mulled wine, children's punch, roast meat, waffles etc. and chat with others. A subsequent stroll through our building then led past all kinds of stalls with flower arrangements, beautiful decorations, a raffle, craft room, Santa's room, cookies and much more. As a supporting program, we once again had a Christmas concert at 3 pm and 6 pm. In front of a sold-out audience, the choir and the Theater AG took the audience to different countries in their performance and showed how Christmas is celebrated there.
