20 years IGS - a whole week of celebration

20 years ago, the International Primary School was opened as the first school of the SIS - the beginning of a success story. We celebrated this milestone with numerous activities from 11 to 15.9.2023.

On Monday, our anniversary week opened with a student assembly and the SIS song. This was followed by an event for invited guests who are closely associated with our institution. On Tuesday, the focus was on the children - in more than 30 stations for puzzling, playing and romping, they were able to move freely and have fun in the school grounds. This was followed on Wednesday by an open day to which former students, former colleagues and all interested parties were cordially invited. The end of the week for our children under the motto "Carnival of the Animals" was a joint breakfast organized in each class followed by a magic show. The highlight of our week was a big concert on Thursday afternoon, for which the choir and many other children had been rehearsing a varied program for months.

Friday was a day off from school for the children. The IGS staff enjoyed "their" day on a special outing.
