On Monday, 11.09.2023, the celebratory week to mark our 20th anniversary kicked off at 10.00 a.m. with a festive opening event. Numerous guests were invited, some of whom made a significant contribution to the founding and existence of our school. The choir under the direction of Mrs. Weber as well as participants from the festive concert on Thursday opened the event with a lovingly designed small program. This was followed by the speech of our managing director, Mr. Rüdiger School, who once again recounted the hurdles and difficulties that existed before the opening of the first elementary school. He proudly looked back on the 20 years that have passed and thanked the current staff for their daily, dedicated work. Other speakers included the first principal, Ms. Ute Huste, and Mr. Marcus Steinhart, the mayor of Glauchau. Afterwards, all the guests gathered for a small banquet in the schoolyard.
