Reading books is fun. We can immerse ourselves in exciting stories and get very close to the characters. In March, our Year 2 pupils presented one of their favorite books in German class and held their first book presentation. They also read out an interesting passage from the book. Three children per class were selected to take part in the reading competition, whose presentations were particularly successful. They presented these once again in front of all the second-graders and showed that they can read aloud exceptionally well. This made it all the more difficult for the jury to choose the best.
Florentine (class 2b) and Emma (class 2d) won the close race and took first place.
Marlene (class 2c) and Amelie (class 2d) followed in 2nd place and Jonas (class 2a) and Clemens (class 2c) in 3rd place.
Congratulations!
