On March 18, 2024, class 2c made their way to the Förster bakery for a pre-Easter baking session. We walked to the main branch and were greeted with cocoa and cookies. After this refreshment, we toured the bakery, marveled at the egg separating machine, the huge ovens, all the many ingredients and lots of delicious products. Mrs. Meiner explained everything to us in detail and answered many of the children's questions. When she then rolled out the huge lump of dough in the machine into a flat dough, the excitement was great because each child was now allowed to cut out three huge cookies and decorate them with all kinds of sweets and sprinkles. We returned to school in a good mood and were able to enjoy our delicious baked goods the next day.
