As in the past two years, our school organized a one-week swimming camp in cooperation with the local DLRG group in Glauchau. Organized by our two swimming teachers - Ms Tornow and Mr Pötzsch - around 20 girls and boys attempted to take their seahorse or bronze swimming badge.
On January 11 there was an English competition in the Christoph-Graupner-Gymnasium in Kirchberg.
On 15.12.2023, a donation of €800 was presented to our school. VW in Mosel invited representatives from various social institutions to the event.
After a three-year break due to the coronavirus, our CHRISTMAS MARKET finally took place again on December 1, 2023.
The nationwide Read Aloud Day, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, took place on November 17, 2023. This time, the motto of the day of action was "Reading aloud connects".
In 2023, the Glauchau Chess Club celebrated its 150th anniversary. To mark the occasion, it organized a school chess championship in which 20 participants competed against each other on 28 October.
